After a while game wont upload

It seems that after a period of time >1hr of the game being on (whether running in the background or me playing campaigns), the game stops being able to upload turns. My internet connection is fine but the game just locks up when i go to send. I get the message "press here to cancel turn" but it doesn't resolve the issue and i'm forced to reboot.

I'm on a PC, it happens regularly.

We had some glitches last week but they should be resolved. Can you try now and see if it helps? The length of time you are on should not be an issue but are you on a wifi - this is far more likely to be a problem if there is one. They can be very flakey so if possible use a cable connection.

Its happened on 2 PCs, both are hard wired to the internet. I will just reboot before playing each turn, laborious but effective.

I stopped using the ipad software (which was WiFi) because the issues i had there became over bearing (program crashing, flakey uploading etc) most likely due to poor wifi range.

Can you post your specs so we can have a look. I assume we'd have heard more about it if its a problem related to the game so it sounds like its something to do with your local network but what I don't know

i'm not sure what you mean by specs.

I've not had a recurrence of the issue in the last few days.
