Re: DLC '45 West text errata
So, to continue... I see sgocart6298 has already provided some of these. Sgocart6298, I don't think you have to repost those earlier remarks about the style of the 'Oh', or 'Ohh', Kerensky should have decided on using any alternative or not, and most stylistical 'errata' that remain are simply a matter of taste.
Although if any clear grammatical errors or misspellings remain you could repost those, but the stylistical stuff is ultimately the domain of the devs. I've learned that if there are any stylistical issues I have doubts about, but they are not truly 'wrong', I let them be. Seems to be working fine so far. And I make mistakes too, as has been demonstrated earlier... That's why it's a good idea to have more people checking the texts. So thanks for taking the time to post here.

You're going to need them too, because not only are American and British naval assets going to challenge your invasion,
And to make my post suitably ironic, I spotted a stylistical issue... Kamerer already mentioned the 'England' vs '(Great) Britain' issue, because I'm neither American nor British I won't take a stand, but I simply want to point out that the briefing files use the terms interchangingly, and that seems really inconsistent. My advice would be to choose one and use it everywhere. Some examples taken from various briefing files:
“Your objective is to conquer England by securing ALL Allied flag hexes."
“U-boat fleets to join in your invasion of Britain.”
“but even now American reinforcements are steaming to England from the Atlantic.”

Re: DLC '45 West text errata
All issues above this post should be correct now, as always thanks for your diligence and proofreading!
As ThVN stated, yes ultimately we do exercise our authority when it comes to a question of style. Of course we want to fix things that are incorrect, but simply 'better' in the eyes of a few isn't necessarily the best answer either.
As for Sealion 45, I think its understood that 'England' is the country and 'Britain' (Great Britain) is the actual island. To make this more clear, the A briefing has been altered slightly, but still uses both terms.

July 18th, 1945

No one believed we could accomplish all that we have, but here we are Herr General. Once again we stand on the banks of the English Channel! Thanks to your efforts thus far, both in halting the Soviets in the East and liberating vast quantities of supplies and transports from the British and Americans, we have the perfect opportunity to end the war on the West Front with an invasion of our own!

Your objective is to conquer England by securing ALL Allied flag hexes.

With our sudden reversal of fortunes, I've even been able to procure the remnants of our surface and U-boat fleets to join in your invasion of Great Britain. I'm certain you will find their assistance critical to fight off major American and British naval assets challenging your invasion. Should you emerge victorious against the Allied battle fleets, I strongly urge you to intercept any reinforcements steaming towards Great Britain from the Atlantic to the west.

As a warning, you should expect extremely fierce resistance from the British on their homeland, and you may even have some trouble establishing a proper beachhead. To assist you in this, I have placed numerous V weapons at your disposal, and more are on the way. This will likely be the final battle, so don't be shy about using these weapons to the last!

Good luck, Herr General. We stand on the brink of Germany's greatest victory and our only chance to end this war on favorable terms!

1. English Channel... obviously not British Channel.
2. England. Goal is to conquer/defeat the country, a geopolitical entity.
3. Invasion of Great Britain. Invasion of the island, a geographic location.
4. Steaming towards Great Britain. Moving from the Atlantic towards the geographical location of the island.

Re: DLC '45 West text errata
Kudos for doing the text work, ThvN and sgocart6298. I would also like to point out that the Panzer Corps team significantly improved the briefings just like they continued to improve the game mechanics of Panzer Corps. I really appreciate that.
