Just reporting in so I am not locked out of the game that seems to have a reoccurring error that I am somehow being held responsible for. Game downloads have been timing out lately. Not pleased with the tone implied by your message. Get your house in order before threatening your customers.

We have been experiencing some server issues over the last few days. This has led to a lot of failed up and downloads for players.

Action is never taken against an account without human intervention. The team are aware of the issues we have been having and so there is no danger of being locked out because of these issues.
