General level. Default core. Starting prestige 3475. Ending prestige 769.
Now that was a counter-attack! I was surprised by the close proximity of the American forces. I lost an infantry unit right off and had two more heavily damaged. I rallied and was able to smash the my way through. Taking the VHs was not too difficult, except Stoumont. The second counter attack caught my forces poorly deployed to meet it and take Stoumont. I was barely able to get a DV on 16/16. This was the hardest scenario yet. The balance seems okay. It should be difficult for the Germans to win.

This was a very difficult scenario that still felt like more of a battle against time and logistics than it was against the Americans. Capturing all the victory hexes was very difficult, and indeed, I only accomplished it on the very last turn. The enemy counterattacks were tough, especially the very last one. The snow and it's effect on supply made things especially slow going. I was sad to lose my last Panzer Grenadier unit, but it put up a good fight. Overall, a very good scenario.

Beta2 - Colonel level - Imported core - DV at turn 14
I like the scenario. The strong allied forces at Rivage (27,12) slowed down my units located in the middle while the forces at the top and the bottom of the map stormed towards the objectives. Many villages were abandoned so prestige was easily received. The counterattack at the end of the scenario was not as strong as the counterattacks at GC45 East (I hate those massattacking IS-2). I think the scenario is well balanced and recommend to change nothing.
