We're staying in a place called Langstone on the wooly fringes of Newport.

Name and shame them and/or better still make them deploy their whole army first and the other side also gets first move!rbodleyscott wrote:When people send in their lists. Runners and Riders:
Note
1) There is currently an odd number of teams but the matter is in hand.
2) This is not the draw, which will be random and not in date order.

Have I missed something within the forum?
Is there a way to print out the RR lists in a good fashion when they are imbedded in the page?
In general can RR's be uploaded in an excel sheet so people can print them out.
My eyes are going so I have to increase the text size, so an attachment that I could alter to my special need would be good.

Files cannot be attached in posts here. If put in as a text list they are very difficult to align, so people tend to use images.
probably the best way to enlarge it would be
hit the print screen key
open paint
paste the screenshot into paint.
cut the bit of screen that you want out and paste that as a new image
save it, and zoom.
Or buy stronger specs

Re: Godendag - 19th & 20th January 2013
Typically there are 2 options for posting lists and the like to the forum.
As an image as RBS did here. In this you are constrained by the resolution of the image - normally just a screen shot of whatever spreadsheet type app its done in. As soon as you blow it up you get degradation.
or you can post it with a code tag. This posts it in a fixed width sub window. It gets around some of the problems of tabulation in HTML, but is stil not great.
its a HTML thing... none of them are great

Code: Select all
