GS 2.1 stucks in 67th turn (play Axis)

Dear support guys,
I play Axis and stucks in 67th turn, the Lend Lease phase. Would you please help me? I also attached the save file.

I installed the Gold version, then installed the GS 2.1, everything is fine before the 67th turn.
OS is windows 7 64 bit, the Nvidia driver is up to date.
