Cav fails its CMT check to pass through.

So what happens?

We decided the cavalry takes an outcome move.

You follow the outcome table step by step:

> The inactive player retires disordered units in combat - which for the square is 'HALT'
> The active player retires disordered units in contact.

so the square stays where it is and the cavalry retire.
