Install problem!

when i start the setup,and the installShield wizard begins to load,the setup crashes wih the message:

An error (-5006 : 0x80070017) has occurred while running the setup.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.
If the error still occurs,please contact your vendor:Slitherine

Hi iainmcneil, it's the full game and i'm trying to install the english version

How many disks do you have and which one is failing? Does the autorun program work ok? What exactly do you see before it fails - how far in to the installation do you get? Also can you let me know where you purchased the game as the shops are not allowed to retail it until Friday and we need to let our publisher know. Thanks.

There are two disk and the setup doesnt't even start.the autorun works fine.it fails on the start of the InstallShield Wizard

It sounds like your disk is damaged. Where did you buy it from?
