Installing New Campaigns

Can you provide some general guidelines when installing new campaigns from the forum boards? I frequently click on the links and download, then end up with errors indicating campaigns with "Missing IDs" that cannot be played.

Is there a certain folder I should always save the file to, etc??

You should always place new campaign folders in My Documents/My Games/BBCBA, in the CAMPAIGNS folder for single player, and the MULTIPLAYER folder for MP campaigns. One thing to check is that you do not end up with extra folder 'layers' from any unzipping process. E.g. you should be able to find the file CAMPAIGNS/SomeCampaign/TEXT1.TXT rather than it being in CAMPAIGNS/SomeCampaign/SomeCampaign/TEXT1.TXT. And additional folder level would explain the missing IDs you are seeing, as the game thinks the campaign is there (because of the folder existing) but cannot find any of the files as they are hidden away in another folder.
