Carrying over units to Market garden on the ipad?

How do you carry over units into Market garden on an ipad? When I start Market Garden, it asks me if I want to load a previous campaign. However, no saved games are shown. Is there a specific Dday scenario you need to have saved?

The dialog also includes a button to Start a New Campaign, which is what you want :)
