game crash, MP with Pantherboy

The game crashes during replay. This is early 1916, Russia (me) has already surrendered, then Pantherboy (CP) redeclared war to Russia in order to free some isolated units. The game crashes systematically while replaying.

The game was started in an earlier version than 1.4, I don't know if it matters or not.

Message to Pantherboy: I don't have your email, this topic to tell you I did not give up, even if my situation is hopeless.

Message to THE LORDZ: can you pick up the game from the MP server and see by yourself why it crashes ?

Don't know if this helps - but had you made a move in another game before going on to your pantherboy match? What I do now to avoid crashes during the replay is exit the game completely after each turn and then re-load the game before making a turn in another game. A bit awkward I know but it seems to solve the problem.

I even restarted my computer just in case... it still crashes

I have frequent crashes during replays vs different opponents. I will surrender all of them and remove this game from my computer. Sad, but I have never faced similar problems in other games.

Hi Tom,

We're looking into these issues to try to patch them. Have you tried the method of restarting the game between turns? I know it's a bit tedious, but this works for other players.

Just noticed this thread so no problems about the delay. I've also encountered the game crashing without understanding why and my screen freezing. Restarting the game seems to work for me though once it wouldn't work until I shut down the whole PC.

We have started a new game with the latest patch applied. Game crashed at the start of turn 3 while watching my opponent's turn.
