Update to Larest version?

I have both CEAW 1.01 and the Gold edition of same. Have not played in about a year but would like to now - but it looks like updating to latest version requires V 1.06 first - can't find this update - is it available?

Also - Looks like the game has been discontinued, is that true?

P.S. I am on a Mac OSX 10.6.8
