can't download mandatory update

to version 1.14. Suspect firewall problem, but, I have instructed Windows Firewall to allow "TrueUpdate" through the firewall, but it reports that it can't ftp the file. What port does TU use for ftp?

Download using you browser instead:
ftp://ftp.matrixgames.com/pub/Commander ... e-v114.zip

Unzip the file and run to install the patch.
