What is a good board size @15mm to practice 650pts @25mm?

What is a good board size @15mm to practice 650pts @25mm?

Hi,

Byron and i want to get a few practice/army tweak games in ready for 2013 outings in v2 fogam 25mm. To save having to setup a full 6x4 table we thought of using 15mm figs and 650pts on a smaller table.

What board size would give the nearest deployment/movement etc. footprint at 15mm for 25mm please? 4x3?
