Problem with DLC45: Berlin scenario

I captured my 6th VH at the very last turn (nr 32) in Berlin.
Victory condition settings are: Hold min 6 VHs to get a Marginal Victory
I should have had a MV no ?
Instead I got a loss, message was "Axis surrendered".

Berlin is the final battle of DLC45 East. Whether you achieve a marginal victory or loss the result is the same, the campaign is over. The only way to continue on to the bonus scenarios is to achieve a decisive victory, which will send you to Berlin Redux and possibly to the Epilogue. Good luck!

Perhaps but as a purchased product it should be "error free": my text message should have been "axis marginal victory" and not loss.
According to me it should be corrected.
