AI doesn't go past "deciding strategy"

After finishing my 57th turn on Entente side, the AI seems to be stuck at the "deciding strategy" phase. Waiting doesn't help here, as even several minutes won't be enough to go on for the AI. This is no fun at turn 57, while the Alliance is retreating on all fronts ...

I tried making some other moves in the current turn, but the problem was the same after I ended the turn.

Could you please upload in a .zip your savegame and your ctgw.log please, without it is almost impossible to find what is causing this, more info on how to find those is here:
