Not able to buy expansions

Hi Tech Support,

I'm running 2.0.7 on my iPad2. When I try to buy 1 of the 3 expansions in the game it gives me the waiting animation and that is it... Nothing more even after waiting several minutes. Anything I can do to buy the expansions?

A few common issues are:

- are you successfully connected to the internet?
- do you have in-app purchases enabled in your settings (IIRC they can sometimes default to off)

if these are not the issues then try restarting the app (you can terminate it by double tapping the home button, then hold on the list that appears to allow you to terminate the app) and then try again, if the app isn't attached to the internet and set for IAP at startup then it can sometimes fail to get the required info.

Thanks for the info, it seems inapp purchasing is disabled on my ipad via a profile, will have to see if that can be diasabled.
