still getting the same error and cannot play the game

Sorry you're having problems, I'm sure we can get you up and running. It looks like a video related issue. I see you've updated your video drivers, could you double check that they're the latest version.

If you could upload a dxdiag report so we can have a look at your system specs I can maybe give you some more specific advice.

checked video drivers again,all up to date, how do you do you upload a dxdiag report ?

run dxdiag.exe (from start -> run). After it has analysed your system click 'Save all information' and save the text file. Attach that file to a post here. Thanks.

Hey,

please make sure you are using video card driver from nVidia (and not Microsoft).

Go to: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

Select GeForce Series 7 and Windows 7 64 bit.

Hello,

I had this problem on my Lenovo X200 laptop with an Intel 4500MHD on Windows 8.

Apparently, Intel drivers on Windows 8 are not OpenGL enabled. However, I there is a modified driver that allows to activate OpenGL and launch CTGW :

I just did it myself and it works perfectly !
