Daft Bugs

I was playing as the Axis against the AI and it declared war on Belgium. I kept Belgium in the game and conquered France. The Italy has a 100% chance of joining the war if Belgium is Axis controlled keeps coming up but Italy isn't entering the war. There was also a message saying that the convoys would be lower and the LL Destroyers wouldn't appear when I declared war on Holland.
In spite of the Final Fantasy character it's pronounced sao-win after the Irish pagan god of death. I'm not a pagan but we're on a wargames website so I thought it fitting.
