Forget Helsinki, what about Ascot?

Post by daveallen »

I see there's no FoG competition planned for the BHGS Challenge next year!!

Although there does seem to be an unknown set of rules called AoW...

But on a serious note, why no 25mm FoG - the competition at Clevedon proved it can be done and it looks like a large slice of the present 25mm crowd are keen to switch.

So how about a campaign to get the BHGS to include a 25mm FoG event?

I'll put my name on the list. Anyone else?

Dave, show us there is enough demand for a 25/8mm FoG comp at Ascot and I'm sure we can accommodate :)

SO if those who want it would kindly step up and make themselves known ...

There is a 15mm comp although due to the vagaries of cut and paste it is currelty listed as AoW :(

The question is if FoG, DBM and DBMM are offered in 25mm which if any would actually get enough entries to be viable? Perhaps a poll on the BHGS list is in order to gauge interest levels?
