Squares we can see question

When i turn on the visiable squares(what i can see) is there any way to darken them so they are easier for me to see?

What platform are you playing on? On Mac and PC you could tweak the DATA/UI/TEXTURES/BATTLE textures I guess. They are Tile_InLOS and _InRange.

PC windows 7....dont want to screw things up..more detailed directions please...

You can open the textures in an image editor and change them. So long as you backup the original files you won't break anything :)
