I can't Install Panzer corps 42-43 west

I've been trying for days to download this mod but it usually stops downloading, stating network error, the one time I managed to download it. I would start to install the file only to have that fail as well, the only info on this is my computer states failure to extract file. Please help.

Sorry to hear you're having troubles with 42-43 West DLC.
Could you please try to download, extract and install with your Internet Security program (AntiVirus and firewall) disable?
