[Bug] Fake movement assigned

[Bianary]

To reproduce:

• Select a unit.
• Right click on a tile (Hold right click)
• Left click and release on the tile.
• Unit will have a "Move here" line/assignment but not actually move even if it has move available, next turn the assignment will be cleared.

This can be used to give enemies a fake "move to" assignment as well.
