Was trying to work out what this year's fashion would be. Armoured foot? heavy chariots with light spear? It's a puzzler. The aztecs aren't great against either so not taking them

I can't believe you got mine wrong considering the number of times I have mentioned what I am taking, last time before v2 ruins them.

Had I know Phil liked it so much I would have turned it into a Song... Maybe with a Texan accent to turn it into a Southern Song...

That depends upon when people submit their lists to me. There are currently 13 FOG:AM lists awaited, 4 in the Dragon's Sphincter period, 6 in the August to December period and 3 big boys. I am not "outing" those individuals (yet  ), mainly because I am busy enough checking all the lists that arrived on Wednesday night.

Mine is a lot of protected and unprotected HW. Good for you, bad for all the armoured blokes.

I am surprised to see so many Huns on the small tables in the Roman period though. It was surely crying out for ctatphracts and full fat legions

it's not often one get's to run an Hun army without being forced to use the Atilla campaign version.. and they might lose their punch in V2. at the risk of tedium would rather be doing 900pts..more surprised at Rob's running Parthians.. should be interesting competition with some seriously different tactical approaches, legions, cataphracts and superior shooting horse.
