Tech development.

Does Germany have the possiblity of giving any kind of aid to their allies to try and help them in their tech development? Whenever I play a title with weaker allies, it is interesting to me to try an alternative strategy and attempt to make their forces more effective.

Not directly by giving techs, but of course they can send (superior) support units to their allies (artillery, fighters, ...).

When Serbia was finally defeated, Germany gained direct railroad access to Constantinople. This was valuable for sending military support (weapons, ammunitions, probably aircraft and IIRC they also send machine gun crews?) to the Turks. This railroad is also present in the game.

Germany also sent a military mission of staff officers that greatly helped the Ottomans with staff work at High Command and Army HQs levels, not exactly tech level but much more influential than many technologies.
