Converting to 2.1 mid-game.

I am currently half way through two games in 2.0. If I and my opponent both convert to 2.1, will we be able to continue the games?

Apologies if this is a silly question and/or is answered elsewhere.
We sleep peaceably in our beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on our behalf.

No. GS v2.0 games are not compatible with GS v2.1 games.
