Hi,

I won't say if ARENA is better or worst than RTW, I will just tell you that these are two strategy games based on a different concept around the same historical period.

Arena has a system of simulating a realistic method of passing orders between the general and the remote units, while in RTW you may give orders to anyone, anytime. Just for the records ARENA also gives you the option to chose (if you wish) this arcade style of gameplay.

Anyway, Arena is ROLE-PLAYING real-time STRATEGY.
Progressively, you build-up your army buy acquiring equipment, recruiting new units and training (by gaining levels you may chose from a variety of attributes to improve the stats of your unit) the existing ones.
