v2 Armor POA

v2 Armor POA

I don't understand how this POA works, could someone help me out.

The armour POA works as before except it does not count if:

1) It would give you a final net ++POA in melee.
2) Your armour class is only one level better than the enemy, e.g. armoured vs. protected.

I don't have V2 but my understanding is as follows:

Better armour will still give a + POA (unless vs HW or other opponent where armour doesn't feature). So Armoured Sword vs Protected Sword will be at a +POA.

But if you are already at a + POA, one better armour will not move you to a ++POA. So Armoured Skilled Sword vs Protected Sword will be at +POA.

I believe that 2 armour differences will make a difference though. So Armoured Skilled Sword vs Unprotected Sword will be at ++POA.

I'll know for sure once I have my hands on the paper version.
