Here is a printable flag I have made for the Danish Jyske (Jutland) National Regiment (which Flags of War don't do):

For best results, print the following on the back of the page and then you won't have to worry about white showing if your folding isn't perfect.

I have gone to some effort to ensure the the writing is the right way round on both sides, but historically, were regimental flags made like this, or was the writing in mirror-image on one side?

I took the flag picture from

http://web.archive.org/web/200904191951 ... 675-79.pdf

which, as you will see (if it ever loads), isn't rectangular.

I used Photoshop Clone Stamp tool to fill in the missing corner, then cropped it square again. (Actually I could have used the custom fill pattern as below, but I hadn't worked that out yet).

Duplicate the flag.

Cut out the cross, flip it horizontally then put it on the other side of the R hand side of the flag.

Make a custom fill pattern brush brush from the flag background, use it to fill in the hole where the cross was removed, also the gap (for the pole) beween the 2 halves.

Bingo.

(Actually it took me ages to work all this out, but I got there in the end. It will be quicker next time I do it).
