2.0.6 Campaigns - Arnhem bug

In 2.0.6 Arnhem seems to exist now as a separate campaign with an unusual red star next to it, but when I selected it the next screen showed only the background and was otherwise blank. I was left with backing out to the main screen...

I see on my Mac but not iPad. Could it be showing up because I am using an altered (corrected) map for the Arnhem scenario in Market Garden? FYI the intro screen is not the Market Garden graphics one might expect but the generic graphics a la what you get when you select Axis Special Operations.

It's possible if it couldn't write in the Arnhem folder that could happen. I will double check here, I would try deleting the BA app file and grabbing it from the DMG again.
