Problema to load BA on ipad

I have just download versión 2.06 for BA on my iPad. When it finished to download the last versión, i touch the icon to play BA, but it crash me to desktop. Cant load the game. why happen this?. There is some prblem to update the game for iPad versión?. How can solve it? Have several multiplayer games actives.

This sounds like an issue with the download from the app store unfortunately. There isn't much we can do. If you delete the app and reinstall you'll be able to continue your games in multiplayer. These are on the server so will not be lost if you delete and reinstall. Unfortunately it will lose your single player progress.

I would try deleting the game from the iPad and installing it again to see if that fixes the issue. Hopefully that will get you up and running again.

Can you let me know what kind of iPad and which OS version you have.

I have just updated to the new version and have the same problem, so it may be not be an issue of reinstalling it. I have ipad 2 with ios 5.01

I'll take a look and try and see if there are any log reports on these crashes.

Can you try rebooting your iPad and see if that fixes the issue. If not then you could try a reinstall - we do unfortunately see these kinds of update process problems sometimes on new versions.

I have the same problem with my iPad2 iOS 6.0 .


I rebooting my iPad and the problem is not fixes. I reinstall And i can enter in the Game the first time , later the second time the problem is now here again and the Game crashes

Are you exiting the game on the MP screen and then coming back to it? Does the problem occur if you kill the process before you try and go back in (that is, double tap the home button, and then hold the icon to be able to kill it off).

What kind of internet connection are you using to play? How long roughly between play sessions?

Just trying to work out what might be going on.

I play with wifi conections , i reinstall again and now i can enter in the play but i have another problem. With the new install i lost my 3 purchase campaings .when i go to download again , later the password i have a Message that said "your ítem isn't available". And i can't change to spanish language. Please You must review the new versión of the game isn't fine.
The Game never give me any kinds of problem that's today with new versión

I followed your indications. Now can load the game y play, but, like Ludoperez, cant change the language to spanish. When i selected it a message says me click ok and éxito game to change the language, but when click ok always take me to the language select menu.

One thing more. I purchased marketing garden campaign, and happen the same like Ludoperez. I lost that campaign too. Appers me the same message: yogur ítem isnt available. The new versión doesnt work fine, AT least with spanish ipad

We spotted the language issue after launch unfortunately. It will work if you reboot the iPad or kill BA via the double-tap of the Home Button panel.

I will investigate the issue with the campaigns - nothing has changed with regard to them, so it might be a glitch on the iTunes side that hopefully we can fix easily. It can't be a coincidence that you are both Spanish players I don't think.

OK guys - the crashing issue is a Spanish only bug that somehow got past us, I am guessing with some last minute translations. We will get a fix into Apple as soon as we can, hopefully tomorrow. For now, you won't be able to play in Spanish - the game will crash immediately (as it did when you updated and it was already in Spanish).

I have the same problem over here, in both iPad and PC versions.


In my new iPad Retina (iOS 6), it doesn´t run. Nothing at all...


In my PC, it shows the following two messages:


1- "Found multiple speechmarks in line. Line: 90. File: DATA/TEXT/TEXT9_SPA.TXT (0)"


2- "***Unhandle Excepcion! ExpCode: 0x80000003 ExpFlags: 0 ExpAddress: 0x00486470 Please Report!"



Well... I suppose we have to wait until this crashing issue is fixed...

You can play the game if you do a reinstall, but you cannot play in Spanish currently. Unfortunately we cannot roll back an update, but we are building a fixed version right now to submit to Apple.

Hi Pip i don't play in spanish lenguage. I reinstall, And i can play. I don't change to spanish language I play in default english lenguage. When i close the Game , and the iPad , time later i can't play again, the Game crash me to desktop. Isn't a spanish lenguage problem , the new version of the Game isn't fine in general. I think Slitherine must review the problem, i see there are not spanish players with the same problem. My iPad is 2 and IOS 6.0

I've not seen other reports of this kind of issue - can you point me to them please. We'd obviously like to fix them before we release the fix I am uploading now!

Can you also walk me through exactly the steps to repeat your problem. That is what screen you are leaving the game at, how long you are before you come back to it. The exact sequence ideally (e.g. do you use the Home button and then turn off the iPad, just turn it off, something else, etc).

naturalk1ll3r i don't Know if this player are from Spain. The steps this morning were:
Reistall the Game
Download the 3 purchased campaings
Play tutoríal campaign
Finísh the Game
Go to principal page
Close the Game
Turn off iPad
This afternoon i turn on the iPad
Press the Icon Game , and It crashes.
I delete the Game, reinstall the Game and download the purchased campaings and now is fine.
I turn off the iPad and no problem now. I'll see tomorrow if the problem persist.
