Resources for Peninsular Campaign

I am planning on building a British/Portugese and French force for the Penisular Campaign. I am starting with very little knowledge on the subject. I am hoping the board can help me with the following:

1. Good online resources on the Campaign, in particular visual uniform resources.

2. Recommendations on books, in particular, best single volume coverage of the campaign and best single volume resources on the armies that fought there.

3. I am planning on using the new blue moon 15/18mm range of figures. It seems like it will be a while before any Portugese figures show up in the range. I am looking for recommendations on compatible figures. I would prefer to not spend the money on AB and would prefer not oredring from overseas to avoid big shipping costs.
