fogr at 400 points ?

i would like to know if there is a way to play fogr in a smaller format

something like fogr 400 point ?
in france we have l'art de la guerre which is like a fogam 400 point and very successful
but nothing exist for smaller game in renaissance

is it possible to think of official amendement who will allow this ?

No need to apologise for your English, it is fine.

I am not aware of any FoGR smaller format, be that 400, 650 or 700 points. Most of the thoughts seem to be that FoGR works better at larger points rather than smaller. However, nothing stopping you from putting forward some proposals. I know that there was a 25mm tournament at Farnborough that seemed quite successful with smaller points. If you search the Tournament forum you might find something useful.

Yes, the Farnborough club have run a 500 point event. There are some battle reports on the Madaxeman site that may give you an idea what it's like:

i will go for 400 points with for minima and maxima divided by two
1 to 2 general
what do you think of half point for generals ?
and half of the distance for the tabletop (60cm*90cm)
do you think that terrain need to be divided as well ?
