mulitplayer login problem

unable to find my password and have lost the email address i used to register the game how do i get the information i need to login to multiplayer mode am using another email to access this forum only have the following details my name and the games serial number and disc

registered myself so i could use multiplayer but entering the name and password i used to enter forum i get invalid login or password on multiplayer login screen................ i do however when opening this screen find my another name there without a password is it possible i have registered in the passed forgot all my details and still be able to register to enter the forum under the name i am using now but not the game itself put simply have i register for forum without registering the game
leaving me with only my previous login name no idea what password is or the email address i might have used hopes some of this makes sense to you
anyhow i NEED help as disc as serial number as this email and this login name can i gain access to multiplayer in any way now

Hi Temeraire, if you can PM me one of your already registered serial number and also write to which game is related, I can search in the database and find your username and email address. After that, I'll be able to reset manually your password.
