Hi,
im from Germany and bought the Game, boxed Version. I tried to install the game it went up to a Point where i could choose the Language. I clicked Deutsch (German) and in the same moment the Window closed and nothing happened anymore. It doesnt Auto Start anymore and it cant be started manually. I tried in Windows safe mode, and i tried in Administrator Mode, i turned off my Firewall and Antivir, I downloaded it from Matrix Games, nothing of that worked. Im getting the Windows "Sand Glass" for roundabout 5 secs - thats all. I also watched it in the Windos Task Manager - no new Tasks or anything at all seems to happen. It created a log file in my Windows Folder, i attached it. I am not very good with PCs and i have no idea what to do.

Without being near to your computer I can't help anymore from here. Something in your Windows is causing the installer to abort. Usually these kind of problems are caused by security programs, like antivirus, anti malware resident programs, etc.
I'll try to contact some of the admins, but they are in Essen, so probably they won't see my pm's today.

This might be a dumb Question. But What would that be? In my desperation i even de-installed AntiVir, but the result was the same as allways. When i explore the CD there is no special PanzerCorps Icon but only the generic Windows Executable Icon. Anyone has any other Clues for me? Unfortunately i cant even resell the Game because i registered it. And actually i would like to play it.

Which download version you got? Can you please report the filename and size in bytes?

The problem with your issue, besides being so specific, is that we aren't able to reproduce it locally. This makes things really harder to suggest anything in that regard, specially when you already uninstalled your AV.
It could help (or not) to know what programs are you running at the startup.
Try to download Process Explorer.
Run Process Explorer, and in File menu select save as. This will generate the "Procexp.txt" file.
Please post that file here.
The extension txt is not allowed.

Like I've said, your type of issue is usually related with safety programs. So let's remove G-Buster Browser Defense and Avira. Then run Process Explorer again and post again "Procexp.txt" to see if anything related with both programs are still present.
I've read a lot of people complaining with system collateral effects caused G-Buster Browser Defense. That's out best chance now.
Have you installed it because you do home banking? If that's the reason you'll have to install it again after.
To be honest, i have no idea and i am not aware of having it installed. I did HomeBanking but dont do it anymore for pretty a while. Well, i will try that now.
