Bug?

After losing a unit this unit remained in place with 0 man. Other units could not pass by the square nor occupy. After several turns the unit finally dissapeared.

Curiously the engineers unit was destroyed by one single mortar shot in a building with 100% morale!!!

I believe that this bug was fixed a while back - can you tell me which version of the game you are playing?
