Trouble installing 1.11

I have downloaded the 1.11 patch 3 times and ran the executable file all 3 times. Each time I get a "CRC check failed" and am asked to reinstall the game.
Problem is not sure how to reinstall. Not sure how to uninstall (the the uninstall file doesn't work) and I can't uninstall through the Control panel ("invalid uninstall control file: C/Program File (86)\Slitherine\PanzerCorp\Uninstall\uninstall.xml ".

I have Windows 7 (Home Edition).

Wish Slitherine had a download page where you could reinstall things like earlier patches, etc.

Forgot to answer the DLC question because I don't know what DLC is.

You cannot install patch 1.11 without having original Panzer Corps installed in your System.
So I would try to install again the original version of Panzer Corps (1.00).
Check if it's working and after that install then the patch 1.11 over it.

If it's not working than I'm afraid, but you've your Panzer Corps installation, messed up.
In that case you'll have to uninstall everything manually.

1. Go to where the game was installed and check that the "Panzer Corps" folder and delete everything.
2. Open the "Run" window and type "regedit" and then press OK; this should open up the registry editor window.
3. Once the registry window has appeared navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Slitherine\PanzerCorps" and delete the "Panzer Corps" folder.
4. Reinstall the game Panzer Corps original.
5. And then install patch 1.11

Thanks von Paulus. I will try that tonight. Thought I had the original Panzer Corps on my system, but maybe it go deleted at some point. Anyway, I still have my passcode from when I bought the game. Is there a page where I can select these downloads (original Panzer Corps and patches) using my passcode?

I'm afraid no, vonLuck. If you don't have a backup of the original Panzer Corps installer, then you'll have to mail to info@slitherine.co.uk with your order details, asking for a new Panzer Corps download link and they will provide it.

I found my original install, reinstalled 1.00 and, after making a back up, will install the 1.11 patch over it.

I'm up and running. Thanks for the help. Of course, I'm still getting error messages when I upload my turns, but they seem to upload in spite of the messages.

Maybe El_Condoro can help you with that.
If he thinks that these messages aren't normal, perhaps we should look into it.

The problem is, for me at least, they are normal. I get these errors almost every turn and just follow the procedure to upload the turn successfully (Error, Retry, Wrong turn, Cancel - I can even remember it!) It may just be a localised thing with my PC-network-wireless and it doesn't really bother me anymore, but it's not exactly elegant.
