Ambush and Undo crash

In this thread the issue of ZOC is dealt with but a bug related to having the Undo option turned OFF and ambushes is also raised near the end.

Rudankort states that the issue is fixed.

Can it be confirmed that BOTH issues are fixed and when the patch will be available, please, especially for MP players who are dealing with its consequences?
