Partisan warfare?

It would be interesting to have campaigns, scenarios based on partisan warfare. Certainly in France (Midi region) large scale battles did occur, within Russia large scale partisan activity did disrupt Axis operations and forces, certainly true of the early Norway campaign, Yugoslavia and within Italy.

Such could be supported by Allied para drops and the taking of Axis dumps/victory points a la the Crete campaign.

Such scenarios would require ambush, stealth and tactical withdrawals. Could be interesting.
