How can I get the sale coupon codes for the Decisive Campaigns sale that ends Oct 5, 2012?

The online html version of the September newsletter does not display the code. I did sign up to receive the email version of the newsletter after the fact; apparently too late to receive a copy (a bit of a Catch-22).

Our September newsletter has now hit the "stands'! Every newsletter contains information on latest releases, big news, deals, and more! This month's newsletter contains a special deal! For one week lasting until October 5th, both Decisive Campaigns: The Blitzkrieg from Warsaw to Paris and Case Blue will be available at 25%!

Subscribing to our newsletter is easy! Login at the top of our page and enter your member info or create one if you haven't already. Once you are logged in, select "My Page" from the "Login" menu and then select "Edit Info". Click the radio button to "Receive Newsletter" and you're all set

Hi, if you sign up it only means you'll get future newsletters. There is no way to go back and get a coupon as they were only created for existing members.

Thanks for the quick reply. I appreciate your customer oriented service in getting back to me with the explanation.

I must say though, that the marketing strategy decision here leaves a bad impression with me.
As a new customer who has purchased Slitherine games in the past month I am put off by the time I wasted and I am less likely to buy off the Slitherine/Matrix sites in the future.
Please pass that along to your marketing team.

There was a glitch in our mail server that meant the coupons sent out were not all correct. We've resent and taken the opportunity to add in those who joined up a little too late! Sorry for the inconvenience.
