Selecting a campaign

When selecting a campaign, several images go from right to left until you get the image of the selected campaign, is there a preference, or a tag or tweak in USER.txt to avoid this, and go directly to the campaign?

When you have a lot of campaigns is annoying to have all these images swapping on the screen.

Agreed -seems unnecessary, is slightly annoying and doesn't add much to game enjoyment.

Sorry - it's the way the control works. Note that you don't have to wait for the images to settle before you can hit select - it's "selected" instantly.
