Scenario Editor starts but it was out of range

Don't know how I managed but the Scenario Editor was placed out of Desktop range. The programm was shown in the Task-Manager but was not visible. I used several times the "verschieben" ("move"?) and "Größe verändern" ("change size"?) from Win7-context menu and suddenly the application was shown. Perhaps it would be a solution to avoid this problem if the Scenarion Editor checks the position and size to place on the Desktop. If they were out of range or too small they could be corrected.
