hello i am checking this out for tomorrows game ..

one thing:
CMT simple and complex moves table

it says:
Moving unit is disordered and next to it moving unit is wavering

does that mean that a steady unit never makes a CMT ?

No, check the tables in the main rules (pages 44&45). we have "Steady or Disordered" and "Wavering" columns for CMTs
