is there any where i can download extra terrain or dose that come with extra expansion packs

No. And no. If you want more terrain in your games you need to pick "very crowded terrain" or design your own scenarios at the moment.

From the DAG when you select your army. Portable defences are archer's stakes.

From the DAG for each army near the top of the screen you will see facility to choose field fortifications - up to 6 pieces (costing 3pts each).
