Hi,

Even after allowing the amendment for P. 23 Interpenetration "In all other cases ...." this passage does not explicitly state which BGs "blocking placement of the moving BG " can be moved back, i.e. enemy BGs?

I'm assuming that enemy BGs should never me moved to allow an interpenetration. If this is the case then perhaps the fourth sentence would read better as

"Other [friendly] battle groups blocking placement of the moving battle group's bases are shifted as far as necessary in the direction of interpenetration to make room."

I don't have the rules with me at present, but I agree this needs checking out.
