Liking for elite Axis Player.

Can assure 1 turn per day, but it can be faster out slower sometimes.

Except standard set of rules the opponent must agree to the following:
1. Transports cannot be used to block naval movement of any kind. If situation is questionable then it will be presented on the forum and poll will be made to decide if action in question is allowed.
