Did anyone know about this 109?

I came across this interesting model of a German 109 sold to Switzerland before the war. It might make an interesting icon for an aircraft skinner.

Old Timer Panzer General fan. Maybe a Volksturm soldier now. Did they let Volksturm drive Panzers?
