Grand Campaign - Transportation Selection Issue

Hello,

I'm new to this fine game.
In my very first grand campaign in the 2nd battle I had to conquer Norway. This is a bonus map, because I had a decisive victory in previous Polen.
After conquering the port and the airfield in the outmost corner of south-west of Norway I wanted my Gebirgsjäger to move on a train. The port has a railroad, but all what I got was a transportation vessel instead of a train. The tooltip said something like this IIRC: transportation (22/22), railroad (3/3).

Why was it not possible for me to select the transportation system? Transporting units by RR is so a good idea!

I have v1.10.

Granatenwerfer - I checked both in-game and in the scenario editor - in Norway, patch 1.10 Germany only has 1 train (while 35 landing crafts and 6 transport planes). Did you have another infantry in a train already?

I looked at the game again and I have to apologize.
Adalsnes has no RR-siding. I checked it again with Lillehammer and there is a message-box that asks me which transportation system I want.
