[Fixed] AI can move off the world

I don't have a good screenshot of this because it's an animation, but the enemy AI moved its troopers off the west edge of the world (Onto land there) and then back on.

Of interest also, when they stepped off I did not see them animate, they just vanished. I did see them animate as they walked back on.
