Ordered Sunday, DL Link Monday. And it's corrupted

I ordered CEaW Sunday and expted an immediate download link. Instead I must be "approved" and wait until Monday.
This despite it's a guaranteed VISA Payment.
So have to wait until Tuesday (today) due to travelling. Coming home to a download link which is corrupted.
Try to download it another 5 times. Same result.
This is not OK.

And here's the official auto reply:

"The Vendor is given a week to make a response to your initial message. After that, you are asked to reply within 5 days of his response.If the Vendor does not receive your response within 5 days, we assume that you are satisfied with the answer and automatically close the dispute."

What a joke! They want up to one week to make an initial response. And after a total of 12 days they assume Im fully satisfied, unless I find more energy to complain.
